  1.    Departments/employees may be grouped together for mass schedulings.  As you
  2. know, TickleX will track up to 20 departments/employees.  It will also track 20
  3. groups, each of which may consist of up to 20 departments/employees.  Whenever
  4. you schedule a group, you will effectively be scheduling each of it's constit-
  5. uent departments/employees.  Whenever you hunt through the data base for a
  6. group's activities, you will, in effect, be hunting for the activities of that
  7. group's constituent departments/employees.

  9.    To set up a group, enter a unique 1- to 3-character abbreviation under the
  10. "ABB" heading.  Then hit the tab key to align the cursor for the entry of that
  11. group's constituent departments/employees. As you're entering the departments,
  12. separate each by a slash, "/".  Note that a group may not contain another
  13. group.  Example:
